I am on a mission to make holistic & personalized nutrition accessible so that our men, women and children can thrive mentally, physically and spiritually. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Registered Health and Nutrition Counselor and hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, with a background in biology, psychology, health coaching, women’s health, family health, among other foundational areas key to optimal health in our modern world.

I enjoy learning and keeping up in the field including supporting our furry family members. I’m currently working on achieving my certification as a Holistic Animal Wellness Coach which includes basic animal communication, kinesiology, nutrition, aromatherapy, flower essences and more! I discovered CBH Energetics when I found mold in my home AND had terrible knee pain. As a former runner, I was devastated, by my home, and my body.
I was told it was my age. I was 53. 

I had not heard of bioresonance, and decided to try it. I knew that mold could be a toxic issue, but I did not know the extent of it. 

Being a (now retired) Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario, Canada, I was familiar with the impact of biofilm, bacteria, digestion, stress, inflammation, metals and the deep impact of our overall health and our oral health. Mold had only slightly crossed my radar.

Learning about mold gave me a unique insight to my own body issues.  After working with CBH as a client, I reached out and asked for a job.

As a woman in post menopause, it is my mission to work WITH our aging bodies, not against them. We fight hormones all the time, especially in perimenopause. Hormones don’t work in isolation and are influenced by body stress.

Here’s what I offer on a consultation:

• Years of experience in Allopathic and Holistic Dentistry included digestion education, biofilm understanding and microbiology. 
• Flexible, Gentle, Weight Inclusive Nutrition. I’ve been a chronic dieter, and at my lowest weight, I was my sickest, with reactivated EBV, which resulted in hepatitis and an immune crash.  I work with a Non Diet Approach & overall health behavior. 
• I am a Trained Mindful Eating Coach, in the MB-EAT program, an evidence based framework to help you with stress, and food struggles. This includes meditation which pairs well with my favorite scan, the Awareness Scan.
  
  Understanding your emotional blocks should be part of your overall wellness picture.
• I created the Endocrine System, Lymph and Locomotor System  in the Bioenergetic Certification Course.
• I am also passionate about animals, and love to do the Pet Consults at PetMedella!
